Now I Was Hero is a children's fashion company, developed with the aim of inserting regionalism and Brazilianness in children's childhood. The brand was developed to take the creatures of the Amazon to the streets, overflowing with miniatures and transforming Brazilian literature into prints. Now I Was Hero wants to see Brazilian culture, which is so beautiful, be maintained and protected in the curious eyes of the little ones. Developed by Studio Muu, Now I Was Hero transforms dressing into a fun activity, with a lot of learning.

The company was born concerned with promoting a fair and local production chain, to generate resources for the city in which it operates. Now I Was Hero also partnered with other companies to allocate leftovers from their production. At the invitation of Untoy Factory, the scraps from the production were used to compose one of his toys. The company also actively participated in events and fairs in the city, occupying many spaces in Belo Horizonte in a playful way.

The “Shall we do it?” was an educational project developed by Now I Was Hero, which encourages children to create, get dirty with paint and increase contact with nature. Three editions were held with the participation of other companies: Fresh Fair, Yam Yam Project, the Mooca and the Untoy Factory.

The Now I WasHero collections were not guided by commercial and seasonal calendars. They were perennial and versatile to meet the needs of children, not the market. Clothes become a playful platform, which allows the free movement of children and which communicates, cheers and tells a story for the little ones.
